Roger, is a former school teacher who spent 10 years as a teacher in the third largest school district in the United States where he excelled as a teacher and coach. Roger received accolades for is outstanding work from teacher of the year to receiving the Distinguished Young Alumnus Award from his Alma mater Taylor University in recognition of his work in education. Roger was also recognized by Urban Family Magazine as one the Top 25 Real Urban Role Models during his teaching career.
